Terms and conditions

1. Identity

2. Application

These conditions apply to orders placed through Parfums d'Amani. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing. Mandatory consumer rights will always apply.

3. Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible. Screen colors, photography, and production may result in limited visual differences. Scent perception is subjective. Essential features, content and price are shown before ordering.

4. Prices

All consumer prices are in euros. No VAT is charged due to the special exemption scheme for small businesses. Shipping and other costs will be shown before the final order.

5. Order

The customer checks the order and details before ordering with a payment obligation. We will then send an electronic confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order with reasons in the event of a clear price error, fraud indication, unavailability or delivery limitation. Amounts received will then be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is made through the methods provided and may be processed by third-party providers. The customer must be authorized to use the chosen payment method.

7. Delivery

We deliver according to the shipping policy. The customer provides a correct address. The risk passes upon physical receipt by the consumer or a designated third party, except where the consumer chooses a carrier not offered by us.

8. Revocation

The statutory right of withdrawal applies as described in the return policy. The return policy and model form are part of these terms and conditions.

9. Legal guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity remains in full force. In the case of a non-conforming product, the consumer can demand repair or replacement free of charge within the legal conditions, or if applicable a price reduction or dissolution. These terms and conditions do not limit any mandatory warranty rights.

10. Complaints

Report complaints via parfumsamani@gmail.com, with order number and supporting documents. We try to respond substantively within 1-5 working days.

11. Use and liability

Use perfume according to the product information. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin and sources of inflammation. Keep out of reach of young children. We do not exclude liability where prohibited by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused solely by improper use.

12. Intellectual property

The trade name, texts, photos and design may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except for legal exceptions.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the privacy and cookie policy.

14. Force Majeure

In the event of an event beyond our reasonable control, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

15. Law and Disputes

Belgian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protection from the consumer's country of residence. Disputes can be submitted to the legally competent court. Before publication, have it checked which Belgian out-of-court dispute resolution body should be mentioned.
