Return and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt without giving any reason. Please inform us unequivocally via parfumsamani@gmail.com before the end of this period. You may use the model form at the bottom for this, but this is not mandatory.

After your notification, you must return the order without undue delay and no later than within 14 calendar days to:

Product condition

Handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function. Please return it carefully packaged, preferably in its original packaging and with all parts. In the event of further use, the consumer may be liable for the depreciation. A return will not be automatically refused just because the outer packaging has been opened. A legal exception for a sealed product is only applied when it actually applies.

Return costs

In the case of a simple withdrawal, the direct return costs are borne by the customer. In the event of an incorrectly delivered, damaged, leaking or demonstrably defective product, Parfums d'Amani will bear the appropriate return or replacement costs. Please contact us before returning and add photos.

Refund

In the event of a valid full withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery. Additional costs of a more expensive chosen delivery method will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of the notification of withdrawal at the latest. We may wait until we receive the goods or until the consumer proves that they have been returned, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Mistake, damage or defect

Please check the order upon receipt. Report a wrong, damaged, leaking or defective product via parfumsamani@gmail.com, with order number and photos. The statutory warranty rights are retained.
