Shipping area

Parfums d'Amani currently ships INTERNATIONALLY.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2-3 days on business days. Weekends and Belgian holidays do not count as working days. In the event of exceptional delays, we will inform the customer.

Shipping costs

Belgium: 5,95 EURO

Free standard shipping from: 100 EURO

Other countries: The amount will be shown in the checkout before payment.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery takes an average of 5-12 working days. This is an expectation, not a guaranteed time, unless expressly stated otherwise. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link after shipment. The carrier may differ. It may take some time for the tracking to become active.

Address errors and uncollected packages

The customer checks the delivery address before payment. Report an error immediately via parfumsamani@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee a change once the package has been processed. Reasonable additional costs for a new shipment after an incorrect address or uncollected package may be charged to the extent permitted by law and communicated in advance.

Vermissing of transportschade

Report a possible loss or transport damage as soon as possible via parfumsamani@gmail.com, with order number and supporting documents. We examine the shipment with the carrier. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
